The Pierre Fabre Foundation trains future healthcare leaders

The Fondation Pierre Fabre has supported the training of more than 200 students from Africa and Asia since its beginnings.
In this series of portraits, discover the men and women we have supported in their training:
1st episode
Yannick Mukendi, a general practitioner in the DRC, explains how he can meet the needs of his country by training in dermatology.
2nd episode
In this 2nd episode of our scholarship holder profiles, find out more about the career of Dr Moussa Savané. Dr Savane is Guinean and is undergoing 4 years’ training in dermatology, in Mali at the dermatology hospital in Bamako and in France at the Hôpital Saint Louis AP-HP, Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris, thanks to a grant from the Fondation Pierre Fabre. His project is to set up tele-expertise in dermatology in Guinea in order to meet treatment needs.
3rd episode
In 2020, Dr Alice Guingané, hepato- gastroenterologist at the University Hospital BOGODO in Burkina Faso, received a grant from the FondationPierre Fabre to continue her post-doctoral research.
