In the wake of the successful AMA project, AMAFRICA aims to analyse the relevance of phone monitoring in Ivory Coast to improve therapeutic observance of onco-hematologic patients.

Implementation of a treatment pathway to help people with albinism in Côte d’Ivoire was initiated via the Fondation Pierre Fabre’s call for projects presented at the second African Teledermatology Conference in 2019.

The project aims to strengthen 9 albinism organizations in Côte d'Ivoire, Uganda, Niger, DRC and Madagascar, and improve the referral of people with albinism to holistic care adapted to their specific needs.

This multi-country project must address the major challenge of reducing morbidity and mortality linked to sickle cell disease by acting on several levels: Detect, treat, train, raise awareness and support public authorities

The degree is awarded by the Universities of Bamako, Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar and Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Abidjan, in partnership with the Fondation Pierre Fabre. This curriculum will focus on innovation and field practice to address priority health issues.
