Ukraine – The Fondation Pierre Fabre releases 100,000 euros to help the Ukrainian population.

On 9 March, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) reported that more than two million people had fled Ukraine to neighbouring countries1. The people left behind in Ukraine face immense needs.

The Fondation Pierre Fabre has just released funding in the amount of 100,000 euros to help the ukrainian population. This financial aid will be channelled to the International Committee of the Red Cross for its intervention in Ukraine, to repair vital infrastructure, support health facilities with medicines and equipment, and support families with food and hygiene items. The Pierre Fabre Group, of which the Fondation Pierre Fabre is majority shareholder, will also donate medical supplies and hygiene products to assist these people in need.

The Fondation Pierre Fabre is closely monitoring the evolution of the situation and stands in solidarity with all victims of this conflict.
