The valedictorian shares his perspective
Sotheara Moeung, valedictorian of the second graduating class, looked back on the students’ two-year experience for the guests at the ceremony:

“Today is not an ordinary day. It is an historic moment in our lives, because it marks the end of a key phase in our academic career and reflects all our efforts over these past two years. […]

“The courses – taught not just by Asian professors, but also by very experienced French academics well-known in their fields – incorporated the most up-to-date material and were very often accompanied by tutorials or case studies, which enhanced our comprehension and developed our problem-solving capacities. The internship at the end of the second year gave us a chance to consolidate and apply our expertise, which is very important to our joining the working world. […]

I feel that what also makes the programme so exceptional is this combination of students from different countries, nurturing dialogue and shared ideas between our nations, thereby promoting reciprocal understanding and enriching our cultural and personal experiences.

In our future positions, we are determined to apply all the knowledge and skills we have acquired, thereby meeting the objective of this Master: to train qualified healthcare professionals able to contribute to the development of various key healthcare sectors in our country.”
